The staff were obliging, the packed breakfast was savoury. The facilities were nice and easy to use. 20 min walk to the heart of Carlisle. Lovely restaurants onsite.

Hotel was professional, I loved it. A magnificent stay in Carlisle. Staff were accurate, decent location. Astonishing view, a beautiful balcony, very clean bed, too. The pool was clean and the garden — lovely;)))

Wi-Fi was awful, made me a little nervous.

The weather was wonderful, had superb stay. Brilliant location, within walking distance of Market Hall. Plentiful breakfast, helpful service. I appreciated my stay from check-in to downstairs bar with tasty drinks. There were great internet and secure parking available.

Planned to see Carlisle major attractions and it was brilliant place for visiting all of them. Room had plenty of facilities, including air conditioner, flat-screen television and a writing table. Also, it had parking nearby. It offers great prices.

Comfy beds in the rooms. Simply a 10-minute walk to carlisle castle, which was good. There was a great dining option, the crown inn stanwix, only 100 metres from the hotel. It is right by the airport.
